Meet Our Director
My name is Mindy, and I have over 30 years of experience as a center director, dedicating my career to shaping early childhood education. I bring with me a strong foundation in early childhood and elementary education, along with an Associate of Science in business. Most of my work has been with a national early childcare provider, though I’ve also had the privilege of contributing to a small, nonprofit preschool.
In July 2024, I joined the Green Meadows team, excited to share my experience and passion for education with this incredible community.
On a personal note, I’m happily married and share my home with four beloved pets. My daughter and son-in-law live near St. Louis, and I cherish the time we spend together. One of my greatest passions is supporting and training outstanding teachers. I firmly believe that well-equipped, dedicated educators can make a transformative difference in the lives of young children, and it’s been my lifelong mission to help make that happen.
