Healthy Foods

Our menu offers a variety of healthy food choices. We introduce new foods slowly because we know children’s tastes differ from adults’. We strive for simple, healthy, and homemade offerings while encouraging each child to take a bite of each food served.


We want the children to experience a variety of foods and we have to recognize: “the readiness factor” inherent to all learning may not be present.


Too much variety, too quickly, may sometimes be met with resistance. Overall, we want to expand food horizons to achieve good health, wellness, and acceptance as the ultimate outcome.
